Recruitment Process Outsourcing or RPO is a strategic industry practice where a company delegates some or all of its permanent recruitment processes to an external service provider. This provider, often a specialized RPO firm, takes on the responsibility of managing the end-to-end hiring process, from initial awareness of job openings to the final onboarding of selected candidates. RPO is considered a subset of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), specifically focused on the recruitment function.
